We map the pattern beneath the symptom — where it started, what it's protecting, what it costs. Depending on what fits, that includes EMDR for the older material, CBT to interrupt the loop, DBT for the moments that feel unbearable, and slow, honest conversation for everything in between.

Both, usually. The point of the work isn't to diagnose you — it's to understand what your nervous system has been carrying and whether it still has to.

How long does anxiety work take?

The relief often comes sooner than people expect; the deeper rewiring takes longer. We'll talk about pacing in the first session.

Do I need medication?

I don't prescribe. If medication is on the table, we can talk through what a good psychiatry referral looks like alongside our work.
